The Foot Maker tool is a simple way of creating a foot on a slab piece. It is a knife with two blades which cuts the clay in to equal stripes and with beveled edges. The stripes of clay can be cut to size and added to the bottom of the slab.

A foot is critical in making large slab pieces. It helps to stabilize the slab in its creation and firing process to prevent it from warping plus adding a wonderful look to the piece!
